Going against how I normally operate (feeling bad for people) I've instead emailed the company I had a terrible experience with demanding the rest of my money be refunded. I was going to let them keep my initial payment but hell no. They didn't complete what I asked for and more importantly, they broke what was working. That's my money and I now want it back :) Down with crappy companies! I just wanted to update everyone and let them know I’m sticking up for myself and fighting back.
